Are your Adult Kids Estranged?
This is a very interesting time in our society.  Our country is changing drastically. Unfortunately, not for the good.  There are many reasons for this and I won’t get into every reason that I can see now.  I just want to share my experience because I see that I am not the only one going through this.

As I mentioned before, I’m in an Estranged Adult Kids for Christian Moms Facebook group with over 10,000 members!  It is so overwhelming to go through the posts, especially now that God has healed my pain.  It is a very large thing in our society now. Not just Christian families either. My heart goes out to every single one of these moms who can’t figure out what to do and are in so much pain.

So, I have 4 adult kids and 1 is estranged due to her husband’s influence. My son is the youngest, and he loves Jesus. He is close with me and my husband.  The other 2 are distant for different reasons.  Regardless, my 3 oldest are just not wanting to be in my life.  My only hope is that God will restore our relationship and bring them back to God first and then myself.
Unfortunately, online social media resources speak of parents today as unimportant and even the smallest issue should be treated as a norm to distance themselves from us for protection. This is so wrong and evil.

We need to pray hard that God will release the strongholds over their lives. Remove the scales from their eyes to see the truth, the love that God has for them, and how real God of the universe is.  Do not give up! Do not allow horrible thoughts to take over your mind.  God is with all of us moms for comfort and support during the trials and tribulations.  The moment you allow evil thoughts from Satan himself, to overtake your mind, He wins.  We do not want anything or any evil spirit to lie and deceive us.  Stand on God’s Word and promises, no matter how you may feel today. Let’s do this together!

Christian Mom's Bible-based encouragement offers support and hope for our families

My name is Eileen Brigantino.  I am 59 years old, have 4 adult kids, 2 adult step sons and 4 grandchildren.  I've been a Christian for most of my life.  I've been through many ups and downs with the church and my own actions, so I'm not here to boast of my own goodness. I'm here to share God's grace and mercy for all of us.  To share how even when we fall, God is always here to pick us up and bring us into a new journey and learn from it all.  He knows that we can't do everything right all the time. That is why we have Jesus!  Not to excuse our willful sin, but to give us grace and mercy so we can genuinely desire to follow Him daily.  I offer Christian Mom's Bible-based encouragement, support and hope for our families, emphasizing parenting and providing essential family support through our prayer hub!  I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story!
